If you continue to read Mark you see in the next verse. "but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is subject to eternal condemnation”— because they said, “He has an unclean spirit.”" (Mark 3:29-30 NKJV). So it is not so much as blaspheme of the Holy Spirit, but claiming the power of the Holy Spirit comes from a demon; thereby attributing Jesus as a messenger, or anti-christ of Satan since Jesus sent the Holy Spirit among us.
