Why do we lable a believer as being legalistic or displeasing to God when he applys effort to do the known will from scripture.Who can draw the line on who is being legalistic or not remember in the context of knowing how you are justified. I am honestly seeking to make a distinction scripture abounds with admonitions to believers to be dilligent in good works and due activily pursue obiedience to jesus words and pauline writings. Peter says to add to your faith vertue etc and to give all dillegence to pursue jesus character so where is the line drawn? sincerly brother john in jesus.
